Darren has worked in the recycling industry for 30 years, gaining experience in all types of recycling and promoting business growth. As a seasoned Director, he is passionate about embracing new recycling technologies and finding new markets for materials.

Weighbridge operator
Since joining Newbery, I have gained knowledge in the waste and recycling industry and operating the weighbridge. In this role, I assist customers with disposing of their waste and loading of aggregates.
Jayne Willoughby
Accounts administrator
I’ve spent the last 3 years learning everything there is to know about the waste & recycling industry -- from scrapping cars to supplying waste skips. I’m currently applying this knowledge in my role as an account administrator, where I’m responsible for invoicing and credit control.
Rachael Quy
Sales assistant
Rachael joined Newbery in 2018 and completed her apprenticeship in business admin and customer services, she has gained good knowledge of the waste and recycling industry and is always willing to assist customers with their inquiries.
